Fran was born and raised in western Kentucky and has always had a passion for helping others. In 1979, she earned her Pharmacist Degree from Samford University and opened her first MedCare Pharmacy in Wickliffe. Soon after, Fran expanded her organization to include pharmacies in Arlington, Cairo, and Hickman and relocated her Home Medical Equipment division to Paducah in 2011.
Fran prides herself on her over 40 years of experience in the industry and is proud to be a privately owned and operated pharmacy provider in the state of Kentucky
